Eldred (Jay) Bagley, President of Skylark Motions, Inc. is both a Graduate of Temple University where he is currently a CST (Computer Science & Technology) Physics Department Faculty member., as well as leader in the STEM ecosystem that promotes artificial intelligence in Drones internationally.
